Sarah is a qualified Barrister from England & Wales since 2008, a partner at the firm Energy Resource Management in Islamabad. She has been providing legal solutions in Islamabad for the last ten years in the corporate sector including innovative ways to prevent and settle conflicts in various areas of law including Energy law. Since 2011 she has been providing legal services as an independent practitioner for companies in the Oil & Gas, Power, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction sector mainly engaged for the following;

1. Dispute resolution including mediation, and litigation involving statutory tort and other rights and obligations under a wide range of issues in the petroleum sector
2. Structuring, negotiation,preparing documentation, for commercial ventures, including share purchase,joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability, companies and other joint-ownership or joint-participation arrangements
3. Due Diligence in M&A
4. Drafting Contracts, Agreements, policies and other legal documentation
5. Negotiating on behalf of companies with their clients
6. Consultation and advice on wide range of commercial issues including commercial arbitration
7. Representing in contentious and non contentious legal matters arising during performance of commercial activities such as operation and maintenance, and major overhauling of power generation plants, oil & gas production and processing plants.

Since 2012 Sarah has been a visiting faculty member for the University of London International Programme at School of International Law, Islamabad in the subjects of International Human Rights, International Commercial Arbitration, International Law of the Sea, and Law of Treaties.
