Welcome to CIICA’s Online Arbitration and Mediation Filing System

The system allows you to:

– File Requests for Arbitration, Responses, Requests for Expedited Arbitration, Applications for the appointment of an Emergency Arbitrator and Request for Mediation

– Submit any supporting documentation electronically.

– Generate a pdf document, at the conclusion of the process (and following payment of any fee), which you can print/save to your computer and also serve for service on the other parties to the arbitration; and Access all your filings made online

– Before starting, please make sure you have the requisite information including full contact details (postal address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address) for all intended parties to the arbitration or mediation and their representatives; otherwise you will not be able to complete your online filing. Upon completion, your filing will automatically be submitted to CIICA.
