Response

There are two options for filing a Response inthe CIICA online filing system.

Option 1: File your Response by uploading one or more documents which contain all of the elements listed at Articles 4.1 (a) through 4.1 (d) of the CIICA Arbitration Rules (documents must be uploaded in one of the following formats: txt, pdf, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg).

Option 2: File your Response by using a standard electronic form, which contains fields for each of the elements listed at Articles 4.1 (a) through 4.1 (d) of the CIICA Arbitration Rules. This is designed to guide parties through the process to ensure that all information required by Article 4.1 of the CIICA Arbitration Rules is provided.
