Request for Arbitration

There are two options for filing a Request for Arbitration on the CIICA online filing system.

Option 1: File your Request for Arbitration by uploading of one or more documents which contain all of those elements listed at Articles 3.1 (a) through 3.1 (k) of the CIICA Rules (documents must be uploaded in one of the following formats: txt, pdf, doc, docx, jpg, jpeg).

Option 2: File your Request for Arbitration by using a standard electronic form, which contains fields for each of the elements listed at Articles 3.1 (a) through 3.1 (k) of the CIICA Rules. This is designed to guide parties through the process to ensure that all information required by Article 3.1 of the CIICA Rules is provided.
